Now is work at a cartoon film company in Beijing , It seems that has some relation with his major, but he said:" all of his knowledge studied in UK isn’t use in his work", his wages about 5000 yuan, but he must use 2000 yuan to live in Beijing, IT is the same state with most Chinese grads, Most overseas returnees earn less than 10,000 yuan a month after they return home, according to the "blue book on returning Chinese students to work". 73.5 percent of doctoral students, 86.6 percent of graduate students and 88.0 percent of undergraduate students earn less than 10,000 yuan a month. 32.8% of doctoral students, 40.86% of master's degree students and 47.74% of undergraduate students earn less than 5,000 yuan a month. 46.4 percent of returnees are dissatisfied with their current job and 80 percent believe their current salary is lower than expected.

now he is 27 years old this year, has just started his work in October, and his classmates in the high school. Now, many of them have got the salary above ten thousand yuan .

He is one of the many abroad students, many Chinese grads after graduated from the university, do not want to find a work at time, and want to get a better learning experience, and degree so now many college graduates choose to go abroad. Chinese economic increased quickly these years, more and more families choose to send their children to study abroad and for a better education. At the same time, Chinese cultural quality is constantly improved, now there are about 10 million university graduates in China every year , this means that the the grads need 10 million jobs one year , how to stand out in the 10 million graduates, find a good job, even the returned abroad students are also facing great a pressure of competition. And the reason why overseas students can not find a good job is as follows

1,The abroad experience cannot reflect them value in Chinese environment, such as the interview person-Dong Sihan: he had participated in many international film festivals, but when he returned home, the Chinese film market although is changing in these years, but there is not a good system for film market ,it is also different with foreign film industry ,so he can’t get a good job for his major.

2,In these years , there are so many abroad students ,and this sate increased very quickly , so ,most of Chinese companies are not prefer the abroad students than other Chinese grads, and many Chinese small cities needn’t the students must have the abroad experience, because they are don’t have too many abroad business. Of the abroad students entering Beijing, 62 percent come from other provinces, autonomous regions or municipalities directly under the central government, mainly in north China and northeast China. Nearly half of the people entering state-owned and private enterprises, followed by state institutions and financial institutions. Compared with 2012, the proportion of people entering foreign enterprises has decreased.

3,The abroad students are many difference in their ability, with the Chinese economic increase quickly , Chinese now has become the largest students abroad countries, the benefits of universities ,and many universities pay much attention to China. So more and more college began to receive Chinese students, not as in the past many years, study abroad is the high quality of education and the high quality of the personal ability .

4,Now foreign university diploma have many ways to obtained, such as many Chinese colleges and universities cooperate with the foreign universities , and exchange students ,and other choose for Chinese students , it also represents that the abroad students, is also gradually become a normal state in China.

Although the students in China position may not be as popular as before, but Dong Sihan still tell us:" studying abroad is a very meaningful and necessary things, "as long as the parents can afford to go abroad, students also choose to study abroad. In foreign education more focused on students to produce more of their own ideas, and foreign education is more strict, will ensure that the students work hard to finish the homework.at the same time, with Parents leave ,the students will improve ability of live, and exercise, at the same time, China now is to enter the international arena, need more and more international abroad person to help building and develop China .
